“Oh come, let us sing to the LORD! Let us shout joyfully to the Rock of our salvation. Let us come before His presence with thanksgiving; let us shout joyfully to Him with psalms. For the LORD is the great God, and the great King above all gods.” ~Psalm 95:1-3
What a privilege to come and worship the Great I Am together! While every service isn’t exactly the same, we usually have some opening Scripture, announcements, a memory verse, singing, prayer requests and prayer time, and a sermon from God’s Word. May the Lord draw each one closer to Himself and work in powerful ways through His Spirit and Word!
This Sunday, we have a special guest from the Gideons International who will share a report/presentation with us in place of our regular sermon time. This should serve as a good challenge to each of us as we hear about how God is using His Word to reach into the lives of people all around the world. May we be diligent to proclaim the Gospel of Jesus Christ in our words and actions as we continue to walk with Him one day at a time!
