“Oh come, let us sing to the LORD! Let us shout joyfully to the Rock of our salvation. Let us come before His presence with thanksgiving; let us shout joyfully to Him with psalms. For the LORD is the great God, and the great King above all gods.” ~Psalm 95:1-3
What a privilege to come and worship the Great I Am together! While every service isn’t exactly the same, we usually have some opening Scripture, announcements, a memory verse, singing, prayer requests and prayer time, and a sermon from God’s Word. May the Lord draw each one closer to Himself and work in powerful ways through His Spirit and Word!
On this first Sunday after Resurrection Sunday, Brother Nathan took the pulpit and shared a sermon based in Acts 4:1-13 & 1 Corinthians 15:12-22. In his message, Nathan reminded the church of the power of the resurrection and God’s use of this power in the lives of believers.
April’s Memory Verse:
“And Jesus came and spoke to them, saying, ‘All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth.’” ~Matthew 28:18
