Worship Service

“Oh come, let us sing to the LORD! Let us shout joyfully to the Rock of our salvation. Let us come before His presence with thanksgiving; let us shout joyfully to Him with psalms. For the LORD is the great God, and the great King above all gods.” ~Psalm 95:1-3

What a privilege to come and worship the Great I Am together with the people of God! While every service isn’t exactly the same, we usually have some opening Scripture, announcements, a memory verse, singing, prayer requests and prayer time, and a sermon from God’s Word. May the Lord draw each one closer to Himself and work in powerful ways through His Spirit and Word!

This Sunday we plan to take another look at John 11 and the place that Jesus holds as THE Resurrection and THE life in a message that could be titled “Death, Life, and Portraits of Power”. As we do, we will see the reality of God’s authority, the faith to which He calls us to in Christ, and the power that Jesus Himself displays to the world through His people. The raising of Lazarus is a wonderful story all by itself, but what it represents and reveals is awesome, overwhelming, and life-giving. May we respond to the risen Christ and may our lives shout the praises of the Ever-Living One!
